Pet Policy

Artesian East Village is a pet friendly community and we know you and your pet will enjoy living here. From expansive greenspace to a community pet park, you and your furry friend will be able to enjoy the outdoors together.

We have a non-refundable pet fee of $400 for the first pet and an additional $200 for the seond pet. Monthly pet rent is $15 per pet. We do have a pet limit of only two (2) pets per apartment home, but no weight limit!
 

We do, however, have some breed restrictions. (see below)

Dog breeds that are restricted:

*Doberman
*Rottweiler
*Pit bull
*Chow
*Bull Mastiff
*Wolf-dog hybrid

Any other dog breeds restricted by applicable law or regulation.

Other pets that are restricted:

Ferrets
Reptiles
Tarantulas
Rodents
